From the early days of regulated European casino, through the rise of global sportsbooks, into lotteries, horse racing, virtuals and now the crypto-native generation — he has built, operated, advised and exited at every layer of the stack.
As an operator he has launched brands across the UK, Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia — directly responsible for product, VIP, payments and commercial outcomes inside companies that move billions in GGR. As a strategic advisor he has counselled operators, platforms, investors, regulators and high-profile influencers entering the space.
Budd Consultancy was founded as the natural extension of that work: a private, founder-led counsel for the most ambitious projects in online gaming. The premise is simple — operators get better answers from operators.
